I was feeling mentally drained that day, so I really appreciated that the staff were polite and easy to deal with. The guy I spoke to seemed like he knew what he was doing and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. The delivery update took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but overall it was a good experience.

"Warranty sorted without any hassle"
A few months after buying our washing machine, it developed a fault, so I got in touch with londonappliances.com about the warranty. I’ll be honest, once I’d already paid for the machine I wasn’t totally sure how helpful they’d be, as some companies seem to disappear after the sale.
To be fair, they checked everything, confirmed the warranty, and booked the repair without making it difficult. The engineer turned up when expected, the part was covered, and there were no surprise costs or awkward back-and-forth. Ended up being stress free, and I’d use them again
"Much better than other repair visits I’ve had"
The engineer came round and spotted the fault quickly, then explained it in a way that actually made sense. Compared with a few other people I’ve used before, he seemed a lot more confident and clearly knew what he was doing. I’d definitely use them again.

"Fridge showed up exactly right"
I ordered a Bosch fridge and was a little nervous it might end up being the wrong model or colour. But it arrived exactly as listed, same size, same colour, and the price matched the invoice too. No mix-ups at all, which felt like a small win after all the measuring I did to make sure it would fit. Happy with the whole thing.

I booked a repair through londonappliances.com and it was genuinely straightforward. I didn’t have to ring around or deal with endless forms, just chose a time that worked for me and got the confirmation quickly. It all felt simple and reliable, which definitely gave me confidence that I’d booked with the right place.

I ordered from londonappliances.com and the delivery arrived when they said it would, give or take. The driver called maybe 15–20 minutes before getting to me, which was really helpful. I’m giving it 4 stars because the delivery window was a bit wide, maybe a few hours or so, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, good experience.

I had a small issue after my washing machine was delivered. It wasn’t anything serious, but I wasn’t totally sure who I was supposed to contact. I got a reply the same day, and the support guy handled it quickly without making it feel like a hassle.
it was a lot smoother than experiences I’ve had with other companies, where you get passed around or end up waiting ages for a proper answer. Here, I actually spoke to someone who knew what they were doing, and the after-sales support was easy and stress free. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Avoid London Appliance at all costs."
My experience with this company has been beyond unacceptable. I reported a broken oven and was told by customer service that a replacement part had been ordered, and that it would arrive within 3–5 working days. They said that once the part arrived, they would arrange an appointment.
After two weeks, I called them and was told the part would arrive the following week. After another two weeks, I called again and they finally booked me in for a Tuesday. I took time off work to wait for the engineer. By Tuesday evening, nobody had shown up. The engineer then told me he could not come and said he would arrange something the next morning.
The next day, nobody called. I had to chase them again, and they told me they would get back to me the following day. Later, I received another call saying the appointment would be on Tuesday. Once again, I took time off work to wait. Then, when I called in the late afternoon because nobody had come, I was told they had “made a mistake” and that they actually meant Wednesday.
So I lost another day waiting on Wednesday, and again nobody came. I called them three times and they did not answer. I then had to call customer service, who told me I would receive another call the next day to arrange a booking. The next day they called and said they would call me again the following week to book it in. That was followed by another three weeks of silence.
At this point, this no longer looks like incompetence. It looks like customers are being strung along with excuses, false promises, and repeated no-shows. I wasted multiple days off work, spent weeks chasing updates, and was repeatedly given misleading information by both customer service and the engineer.
Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to stay away from London Appliance. If a company keeps promising parts, appointments, callbacks, and repairs that never happen, while the customer keeps losing time and money, people are entitled to question whether this is a genuine repair service at all.
Terrible communication, repeated missed appointments, no accountability, and complete disrespect for the customer’s time. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Overall, I had a good experience. Communication was clear, clear the whole way through, and they kept me updated on what was going on. When I had a question, they got back to me, which I appreciated. The timing wasn’t perfect, not perfect, but it wasn’t a big issue. Easy enough to deal with and I’d say it went well overall
